     When I first met Kory almost 5 years ago, I was struggling to get in shape and to stay motivated enough to stick with a program. After joining, there were times I wanted to quit but never did because he was always there with the encouragement I needed. I stuck with the program thanks to Kory, and when I finished I lost weight and felt great! I then decided to try one-on-one personal training with Kory, and I've been with him ever since. Kory has always been devoted to my health and fitness needs over the years by personalizing my workouts. He has always kept in mind my physical limitations with knee and shoulder injuries over the years, and he trained me 3 times a week during my full pregnancy (up until 37 weeks). Due to my age I was more likely to have issues during pregnancy, however I attribute the fact that I didn't encounter one single problem since I had continued to workout with Kory and eat healthy. Over the years he has always kept my sessions challenging and fun with new routines and techniques. Even though it's been almost 5 years, I still look forward to my workouts! Thanks Kory!!
