   Not many can say they actually look forward to working out especially when it's a strenuous CrossFit session but I can honestly say I do! It's been four years since I began training with Kory at Gila PT and although I love the comradery of group classes I am truly hooked on personal training. Kory is the perfect mix of a drill sergeant and cheerleader. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding strength building, endurance training and nutrition. With each workout he provides personalized, whole body exercises the push me each and every time while preventing injury.
