Getting started is simple! Here is how:
1. Complete the personal information form under the "contact us" tab on this website, call us, or stop by the gym.
2. Complete the waiver under the "waiver" tab on this website or on the waiver console at the gym.
3. Complete a ninety minute one-on-one CrossFit fundamentals session with one of our trainers to learn the basic CrossFit movements.

4. Begin classes!
